This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation through the joint providership of the Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation and Horizon CME. 

The Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Upon completion, NPs and RNs will be awarded up to 12 contact hours.

This activity has been submitted to the Washington State Pharmacy Association for approval to award up to 12 credit hours. Washington State Pharmacy Association is accredited as an approver of the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.

This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 12 AAPA Category 1 CME credits from the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Total number of approved credits yet to be determined.
