This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation through the joint providership of the Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation and Horizon CME. 

The Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Upon completion, NPs and RNs will be awarded up to 10.00 contact hours and up to 4.25 pharmacology hours.

This activity has been submitted to the Washington State Pharmacy Association for approval to award up to 12 credit hours. Learners must attend all sessions in a Block in order to claim ACPE credit for that Block (see agenda for block schedule). Washington State Pharmacy Association is accredited as an approver of the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. 

In collaboration with HOPA, Symptom Management with a Focus on Psychiatric Issues session is approved for 1.0 BCOP CE credits.

BPSThe Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA) is accredited by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) as a provider of Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) credit. A BCOP statement of credit will be issued only upon completion of a post-activity evaluation form and post-test with a passing grade of 75% or greater is achieved. Please note that only one attempt at the post-test is possible, and BCOP credit must be claimed by January 15, 2021.
