Make connections and network at the 2018 Advanced Practice Providers (APP) Oncology Summit! This is a collegial summit featuring exhibit sessions. You will have the opportunity to connect with Advanced Practice Providers as they benefit from the learning environment. As you connect with attendees at the summit, you will reach entire networks of professionals, physician assistants, pharmacists, and nurse practitioners on the vanguard of oncology patient care across the country.

The APP Oncology Summit received very positive feedback from both attendees and supporters in 2017. For 2018, we have incorporated feedback from attendees and supporters to improve networking and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. Your participation would greatly enhance the APP Oncology Summit!

Due to the high demand for sponsorship slots, we encourage you to respond early. There are several sponsorship opportunities available including limited tabletop exhibit space. Please refer to the tabs in the left-hand margin for detailed information on each sponsorship opportunity.

What to Expect
The target audience includes oncology nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and nurse specialists working in all phases of oncology care. The typical attendee has years of experience and is integral in the decisions regarding medications, supplies, and equipment for the management of cancer patients.

Exhibits are valued by attendees of the Advanced Practice Providers Oncology Summit. By providing an opportunity to learn about the products and services that can help improve the quality, safety, and outcomes of oncology care, exhibitors make a vital contribution to our organizational mission and to the overall experience of the attendees. Traffic in the exhibitor hall will be maximized with ample exhibit hours, daytime meals and breaks served in the exhibit hall and strong acknowledgment from the planning committee.

Please Note

  • All fees must be paid by the registration deadline.
  • All Exhibitors must register for name badges.
  • All breaks will be located in the exhibit area to encourage attendee traffic.
  • CE credit and meals are not included with Exhibitor registration. Each individual must be registered as a conference attendee in order to receive CE credit.
  • Tabletop exhibits will be assigned by the planning committee.
  • Floor plan will be distributed prior to the date of the meeting.
  • Additional chairs, tables, storage, audiovisual equipment such as electrical power hook up or other items must be arranged directly with hotel event planner. Cost for extra items is NOT included in table exhibit registration fees. Please bring extension cords should you require power.
  • Horizon CME must be notified if an exhibiting company merges with or is acquired by another exhibiting company.

Table Top Exhibit

Sponsorship Fee: $1,750

Table Top Exhibits are granted on a first-come, first serve basis. Exhibit tables are required to be set up for Friday and Saturday.

  • Exhibitor registration for two (2) company representatives*
  • One (1) regulation table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Access to sit in on conference sessions and social functions for both registered company representatives

*Additional company representatives must register as an Exhibitor for the standard rate of $100 each. CE credit and meals are not included with Exhibitor registration. Each individual must be registered as a conference attendee in order to receive credit.

Wi-Fi Package

Sponsorship Fee: $2,750

This sponsor package will get your company noticed and it’s a favorite of conference attendees. The Wi-Fi Package includes:

  • Table Top Exhibit registration (see Table Top Exhibit tab for details)
  • Providing Wi-Fi for all devices in the Meeting Room and Exhibit Hall
  • Maximize company visibility on large signs at the Registration Desk and in the Exhibit Hall stating “Wi-Fi provided by “YOUR COMPANY NAME”
  • Acknowledgement within conference materials

Dinner Invitation Package

Sponsorship Fee: $4,500

Offer a dinner program to attendees on Friday evening. Your company is responsible for implementing the entire planning, content, and execution of the dinner. Horizon CME will provide the sending of the invitation to registered attendees. The Dinner Invitation Package includes:

  • Table Top Exhibit registration (see Table Top Exhibit tab for details)
  • Send an electronic dinner invitation to Horizon CME
  • Horizon CME will forward the invitation electronically to registered attendees

Welcome & Reception Package

Sponsorship Fee: $5,000

This sponsor package provides your company with many opportunities to be noticed right from the start.* The Welcome Package includes:

  • Table Top Exhibit registration (see Table Top Exhibit tab for details)
  • Conference bag imprinted with “Supported by YOUR COMPANY NAME”
  • Water bottle with Horizon CME and “YOUR COMPANY NAME”
  • Acknowledgement within conference materials
  • APP Oncology Summit name badges and holder with lanyard
  • Sponsorship of Networking Reception on Friday evening
  • Thank you poster display during Networking Reception

*Must confirm at least three months prior to desired summit date in order to secure.

Symposium Event

Sponsorship Fee: $15,000

This is an opportunity to provide information and demonstrations from recent research on products and/or drugs to a targeted group of decision-makers in the field of oncology.
Included with Symposium

  • One (1) hour allotted, including 45 minutes for the presentation and 15 minutes for transition/break
  • One (1) symposium scheduled at a time, giving your company exclusive presentation rights during that time period
  • Symposium scheduled during meal timeslot with meal supplied by APP Oncology Summit
  • Meeting room and audiovisual equipment provided (projector, screen, microphone, podium)
  • Complimentary Exhibitor registration for two (2) representatives
  • Symposium included on promotional materials specifying, “Presented By: YOUR COMPANY NAME”

Important Symposium Information

  • All symposia assignments require prior approval by APP Oncology Summit.
  • Continuing education contact hours cannot be provided by APP Oncology Summit.
  • Sponsoring company must arrange speaker and presentation logistics independent of APP Oncology Summit.
  • Non-CE Symposia sessions can address a specific drug or product once approved.
  • Table Top Exhibit is not included. Exhibit table registration is available for an additional $1750.
